Stressed out? You’re definitely not alone. The COVID-19 outbreak continues to cause high levels of stress and anxiety in both adults and children across the country. It’s frustrating not knowing what the future holds for us and our loved ones. None of us knows when the worldwide pandemic will truly be over.
