A: MojiLife fragrances are imported from Europe, the United Stated, and other locations around the world. All fragrances conform to European and American standards and do not contain any banned ingredients. Fragrances are non-toxic, gluten free, and soy free.
Q: Do you use 100% essential oils in your essential oil fragrances?A: Yes, all of our essential oil fragrances are filled with 15 ml of 100% essential oil.
Q: How long will each fragrance last?
A: Fragrances will last between 30 to 60 hours once the foil seals have been removed. Longevity of the fragrance will vary depending on fragrance strength.Q: What type of battery does the AirMoji have?A: The AirMoji has a rechargeable lithium ion battery that will last for over 40 hours of continual use on a full charge. Q: Do MojiLife products come with any warranties or guarantees?
A: The AirMoji comes with a 1 year limited warranty. MojiLife, one of the direct sales companies,™ warrants to the original purchaser that the AirMoji will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, for a period of one year from date of purchase. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. Returned product must be accompanied by proof of purchase dated in the form of a receipt or copy of paid invoice and MojiLife Return Merchandise Authorization. Exclusions: The warranty does not apply in the event of misuse or abuse of product or as a result of unauthorized alterations or repairs. The warranty is void if unit is opened, disassembled, or altered in any way or used in a manner contrary to instructions in the user manual. Any MojiLife product including the AirMoji can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping, handling, and a restocking fee. Returned products must arrive in like new condition in original packaging. Items that are broken or damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects may be returned at the expense of MojiLife for a full refund or exchange. You must contact MojiLife within 5 business days of receipt to return any broken or damaged items.
